THE STORY BEHIND MISSION RISE

6 weeks after having my first baby, I was cleared for exercise. My husband was out and reality sunk in that time was not my own anymore. I couldn’t just drive to the gym and spend 2 hours there. With a background in professional bodybuilding, the gym was my second home. I was never someone who exercised from home. Becoming a mom, I was prepared to make sacrifices, but I promised myself that exercise would not be one of them.

I was determined to find a way to make it a priority. I went downstairs in my basement, put a mat on the floor, found a pair of dumbbells and snuck in a workout while my son was napping. 20 minutes later, I was covered in sweat and felt like I could accomplish anything I set my mind to—I didn’t need the gym, just a positive mindset! It was at that moment I knew I was called to do more for women, and Mission Rise was created.

You will need at least one set of dumbbells ranging from 5-15lbs (depending on your fitness level) For best results, I recommend two sets, one pair that is lighter and one that is a bit heavier (for example, a set of 5’s and 12’s) as well as a folding chair. Shoot me a message for recommendations.

Yes. We will keep the previous months workouts collected under a single tab for you to revisit anytime you would like during the current month.

I will provide you with 4 new workouts every single week. You will also be provided with FREE bonus ab workouts, warm ups and mobility sessions every month. All workouts will be 20 minutes in length and not one workout is the same.

Yes, all the workouts are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and ages. I will provide you with options and modifications for any injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Each workout will begin with a demo video to show you each movement before you begin the workout so that you feel comfortable and confident.

Yes, you will have access to pause or cancel anytime with zero penalties or fees. This can be completed under settings once logged in.
